50% down upon signing agreement and 50% balance due 28 days prior to arrival date.
$400 security deposit required.
Cancellation notice is required 28 days in advance and cancellation refunds depend on the ability to find a tenant to occupy the vacated time reserved under the rental contract.
Other Things to Keep in Mind - Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am. The house is no smoking and no pets. Although the house is fully furnished, bring your own hair dryers and personal effects. The house is not wheelchair accessible. The home can accommodate up to eight people with its queen size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in each of the other two bedrooms and a sofa sleeper. There are also two cots and two inflatable mattresses to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. Occupancy of more than 8 persons is subject to extra charges.
